“Ok so when I installed this app it took me 2-1/2 Weeks just to get a pin to get this app working & my account to be activated in it. After that it was an “OK” UI Design & the app worked fine too. Last night i saw it had an update pending & the icon changed so i was a bit reluctant to update the app but boy was i wrong. You guys did an AMAZING job. “First of all, hats off to this app. It made my life easier. I mean bill payment, mobile packages, cashbacks, easyloads, wonderful GUI, and lot more. All aspects working wonderfully and helping me doing all by just sitting in home and few taps away. One thing that I would recommend is when viewing transactions history of bill-payments, developers should add the month for which the bill was paid. Would love that! Overall 10/10”
“My Easypaisa account recently got locked due to secret question. I called on their helpline. They said, Sir lines are mixed up right now. Kindly, make another call. But it was 3rd time for me. I couldn’t make a call. Because they have a policy that a client can make only 2 calls in 24 hours. Then after 12 am you can make an another call. 3 days ago, I made another call, representative said, I’m transfering your call to the concern department. He asked me some questions related my DOB, CNIC etc. ”
“If your sim is working then this app is good. My sim got blocked after I wasn’t using it for 6 months and now I can’t login to my account and their helpline has no solution for it as i had to change my number but my ID is the same. They should have a backup for logging in or making changes to the account if any such problem arises. I called their customer support and they first kept telling me ways to login, when nothing worked they asked me to go get my finger prints scanned at a nearby easy pa”
