How It Works
A transparent look at our data collection and scoring methodology.
Public Sources
We collect quotes from public review sites (Trustpilot, Google Play), comments, forums, and third-party articles about brands in Pakistan's digital economy. Each mention links to the page where it appears.
Human Curation
Our team manually checks each source before it goes live. We skip spam, marketing copy written by the brand itself, and quotes we cannot confirm on the linked page. Submissions from users go through the same review.
Sentiment Analysis
Each curated mention is labeled Positive,Neutral, or Negative based on how the quote reads — service quality, delivery, ethics, and outcomes.
Reputation Scoring
Every brand starts at a neutral 50 and has to earn its way off it. Each mention pushes the Sentiment Score (0–100) up (Positive), holds it (Neutral), or pulls it down (Negative) — approved community-submitted mentions carry extra weight because they come from public feedback, not only our own research. The more real evidence a brand has, the further its score can move from the middle.
Common Questions
Can a brand pay to remove negative mentions?
No. We prioritize transparency. A brand can only have a mention removed if it is proven to be factually incorrect or malicious spam.
How often are scores updated?
Scores refresh when our team publishes or removes curated mentions. A brand needs at least 3 public mentions before a numeric score is shown.
